Thank Goat it's over.

But I'm not stopping.

Congratulations. I know you feel like you feel short of the target, but what you did was push yourself to have the discipline to write a lot this month, and start to build something really solid. That's an enormous achievement. Good for you.

Thanks muchly, Sandra! I'm hoping to have a finished version ready to submit come Thrillerfest. We'll see how it goes.

I am pretty impressed matey! Didn't like the crazy writery moods (more tiredness than anything) but then you gotta deal with my womanly ones ;-)

Don't worry, I'll get all healthy and all my moods will be good ones.

(yeah right)

Bravo. 33k is a heck of a lot more than I did in March - of course, once I was told there's no financial incentive for NaNoWriMo, I was a bit deflated.

Are you going to be at Thillerfest next year?

Thrillerfest is close to definite for me. Expensive as the whole thing is, I think it's about time I tried one of these 'fest' thingies out, even just to meet all these virtual people I know.

33K is not bad for a month's production.

And stop and think. If you wrote slower, you probably won't have to revise as much.
